What types of programs does Clark secure financing for?
Clark helps clients obtain financing for every type of adolescent and adult behavioral health program, both outpatient and residential, short-term and long-term, intervention and aftercare: therapeutic boarding schools, military schools, special needs schools, wilderness programs, residential treatment centers, weight loss centers, eating disorder clinics, addiction treatment, and elective or alternative medical therapies.

What are the requirements for getting a loan? Is it hard to qualify?
Borrowers must have a respectable credit score, verifiable income, and room within their budget for a loan payment. Our loan specialists help every caller determine their eligibility within minutes. If a borrower falls short in any of these areas, Clark can still help. As loan advisers, we can explain how adding a cosigner can improve the borrower's loan offers, and we can point them to resources that may help their eligibility.
Can a borrower apply for a loan online?
Yes. Borrowers can apply online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They can also call our offices Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT for more information.
What loan amounts can Clark help obtain?
Anywhere from $500 to $25,000, depending on the borrower's eligibility. To ensure affordability and approval, our loan specialists consult with the applicant first before the applicant pursues any loan options.
What is the interest rate on a typical loan?
Interest rates start at 7.99%; the exact rate depends on the borrower's credit score, credit history, and financial profile. For those with less than perfect credit or certain loan options, interest rates can be as high as 17.99%. How soon does the funding come through? And who receives the funds?
For some loans (such as those issued directly to the borrower) funds can be received in as little as two to seven days. Borrowers who receive funds directly will pay you for your services just like any other private-pay client.
Because borrowers apply for a particular program, does that mean that the loan money they receive is not transferable to other agencies?
When a borrower signs a contract with your organization, he/she is obligated to meet that commitment. Your agreement is what binds him/her to pay, not their loan through Clark BHF. However, we can help each borrower meet their obligation.
Borrowers are not permitted to transfer funds to another program from your program. All refunds must be directed back to their original source. With many of the loan products we deal with, funds are given directly to the borrower. Most programs put Clark borrowers in the same category as other cash/private pay clients.
Does Clark refer applicants to treatment programs or services?
No. Clark is a financing company and we are not in a position to recommend treatment or facilities. We offer resources to borrowers reaching treatment options, but will not refer a client to a treatment center. We are financing experts, not treatment experts.
